Our Business Policy
- Sale of promotion items is final and not refundable or exchange.
- All items reserved shall remain to be the property of Soo Kee Jewellery until the balance of the purchase price is paid in full.
- When order is not collected with 90 days, Soo Kee Jewellery reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and be discharged from performing the order.
- Yellow Gold (24k, 22k) ornaments purchased from us less the cost of workmanship and manufacturing loss as shown on the receipt are returnable as trade-in during the next purchase at market price less 25%.
- All prices are inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- All jewellery items purchased are not refundable for cash.
- Customer may refer to the back of the tax invoices for our business policy and product care.

Sales Exchange / Trade In
- Sale Exchange* allowed within 7 days from date of purchase.
*Note: Item returned has to be in showroom condition. Only one time exchange allowed.
- The exchanged item will have to be the same or higher in price. In the event if the exchange item is lower than the original purchase value, the excess amount will not be refund.
- All Nett Price diamond jewellery above $300 is allowed for trade-in, unless otherwise stated in the invoice.
- Original invoice has to be presented at point of exchange.
- Trade in deduction percentage:
Deduction of 30% and above for all nett price diamond jewellery within 3 years of purchase. Trade in percentage of diamond jewellery will be rated depending on its condition. The company reserves the rights to change its policy without prior notice.
Guidelines for Trade in.
- Deduction of 30% only if diamond jewellery is purchase within a year and in good showroom condition**.
- Deduction of 40% only if diamond jewellery is purchase within 2 years and in good reusable condition***.
- Deduction of 50% only if diamond jewellery is purchase within 3 years and in good reusable condition***.
- Depending on the manager’s discretion, additional repair charges may apply on top of the trade in percentage.
- The company reserves the rights to reject any item for trade in.

- Money back guarantee is strictly valid for 7 days from purchase, including date of purchase.
- Money back guarantee is only applicable if proof of a diamond with the same specifications (colour, clarity, carat, cut and table percentage) price is lower than the purchased Soo Kee diamond.
- Original receipt with the new item purchase needs to be produced concurrently for refund to take place.
- Soo Kee Jewellery reserves the right to modify the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee program without prior notice.
- Soo Kee Jewellery at its absolute discretion, may extend, shorten or change the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee without prior notice.
- Soo Kee Jewellery shall be not liable in any way whatsoever if any person fails or refuses to honour any 7 Days Money Back Guarantee program for any reasons whatsoever.
